Our Occupational Therapists (OTs) treat in the Flex customized one on one approach to address both the root cause and the symptoms which achieves long-term healing results and prevents future injury. OTs are skilled to improve abilities related to daily function with specific goals targeting performance of school (organization and planning), work (problem solving), socialization (sensory and stimulation regulation), life skills and daily routine (eating, dressing, sleeping, etc). In addition, Flex OTs are Certified Hand Therapists (CHT) and have specialized training and board certification working with the hand, upper extremity, and splinting.
WHAT WE TREAT
Flex Occupational Therapists use a combination of manual therapy (such as soft tissue massage, trigger point release or cupping), guided exercise and patient education to maximize results.
